Working closely with the US-based team, GXS- ITC employees play a key role in the development, delivery and operations of leading-edge solutions that will be used on a global basis.

Medical Insurance
GXS offers Hospitalization insurance for self, immediate family and dependent parents to the tune of INR 4.00Lakh per year

Accident Insurance:
GXS offers Accident insurance for all the employees to the tune of 60 months basic salary.

Gratuity:
GXS provides Gratuity @ 15 days salary for every completed year of service, on completion of 03 years of service.

Loan assistance:
Income tax equalized House Deposit Interest Subsidy subject to a maximum loan of INR 1.5Lakh.
