Course Description:
Tele-training sessions are scheduled by appointment. There may be multiple companies participating in the training session.

Students should have Desktop EDI running on their PCs during the call so they can practice the activities the instructor is describing.

Required Prerequisites:
  • Proficiency in performing basic Windows activities
  • Familiarity with your company business processes and EDI strategies
  • Understanding of the companies you need to exchange EDI data with; knowledge of which EDI document types will be exchanged, and access to the corresponding EDI specifications (sometimes known as EDI implementation guidelines) for those document types.
